The Aquatic Centre offers a variety of recreation and fitness options including public swims, drop-in aquacize classes, and red cross swimming lessons. The facility also has a hot tub, steam sauna, a waterslide, and a kiddie pool.

Family Centre Arena
The destination for ice sports in the winter including public skating, hockey, ringette, and figure skating. During the summer the facility is utilized for indoor lacrosse, ball hockey and roller hockey.

The facility includes an indoor walking track, turf and gymnasium areas. You can participate in drop-in sports and recreations times, fitness classes for all ages, youth nights, summer camps, and more.

An indoor and outdoor archery range that individuals and families can access with a yearly membership. Education and courses are also available as well as participation in their annual 3D Archery Competition.
