The Strathmore Wheatland Wellness Resource Project is a community initiative that connects residents of Strathmore and Wheatland County to the wellness supports they need. Whether you connect with us by phone, email, or our social media, we do our best to ensure you have access to the services you require in a timely manner. Examples of resource connection include providing information on mental health resources, connecting new moms with postpartum supports, access to information on volunteering in our community, and more. If you need it, we can help you find it. The Strathmore Wheatland Wellness Resource Project is your one-stop-shop for resources in the Strathmore area.
