Photo Contest Rules

PARTICIPANTS WILL REQUIRE A LIBRARY MEMBERSHIP TO BORROW ITEMS FROM THE SMORE STUFF COLLECTION.

Term:

Smore Stuff Collection Contest begins on March 1, 2020 and ends on April 30, 2020 at 11:59PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).  By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and states that they are 13 years or older.  

Who may enter:  This contest is open to anyone 13 years old or older (age of consent for a Facebook or Instagram profile).  Employees of the Strathmore Municipal Library are not eligible to enter to win.  Contest is open to residents of the Town of Strathmore, Wheatland County and Siksika First Nation.  

What to enter: A photo of yourself or family member using one of the products from the Smore Stuff Collection.  

How to enter: Post your image on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #smorestuffcollection.  Photos posted without the hashtag #smorestuffcollection will not be eligible for the contest.  Multiple entries per Facebook/Instagram accounts are welcome; however, each entry by the same Facebook/Instagram account must be using a different Smore Stuff Collection item in the picture to qualify for additional entries.  

Entry deadline: Users must post their photos from March 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020 11:59PM (Submission Period).

Draw: All entries will be entered into a random draw that will take place on Friday, May 1.  Winner will be contacted from May 1 - 5, 2020.  

Prize: 1 Year Family Membership, 1 Adult Book Bag, 1 Bee Book Bag, 1 Coffee Mug (Value: $60.00). 

Photo Release: By entering the Smore Stuff Collection Contest, participants grants permission to the Strathmore Municipal Library to collect and use, without compensation, their image for promotion, advertising, communication, and/or marketing purposes in any manner or medium the library may deem appropriate.  Such permission extends only to use by the Strathmore Municipal Library and they agree to not extend such permission to any third party organization or individual without my participants consent.
