Have you ever thought about writing down your family’s stories? Perhaps, you have started but encountered roadblocks and stopped. This half-day workshop will help you:

  • Choose what to write about.
  • Decide whether to write about yourself, one member of your family, your mother’s or father’s side of the family, a famous (or infamous) relative, or the whole shebang!
  • Details to include that will make your story one readers will not want to put down.
  • Determine the best way to organize your story.

The workshop will be led by Michele Buhler who will offer you the help and motivation you’re looking for to begin or continue on this exciting journey of recording your family’s past!

Michele is the former editor of the Alberta Family Histories journal, Chinook. Through her company, Memoirs By Michele, she has helped many people publish their personal and family histories.

Registration is required.  Max of 20 participants per workshop.
