REGISTRATION FOR OUR CHRISTMAS MARKET OPENS ON SEPTEMBER 9 and CLOSES AT 5:00PM ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25.

This year's Library Christmas Market will run on Saturday, November 16 from 10:00am to 4:00pm.  

All registration will be taken in person at the library.  

Table Fees
$20.00 (includes G.S.T.) per 5' Table Space without Power (12 Available)
$25.00 (includes G.S.T.) per 5' Table Space with Power (8 Available)

PLEASE NOTE:  All tables are 5' W x 3' D.  Please account for this when considering your table set-up.  Vendors will have a 5' square area to use.  

Included in each table fee is a table, 2 chairs, and online vendor feature advertising.  Vendors will be contacted shortly after registration for images and description of the products for sale in order to create their unique vendor feature.  All vendors must provide their own table covering, signage, etc..

Silent Auction Request:  This market is a fundraiser for the Strathmore Municipal Library.  In addition to the table fees, the library requires each vendor to donate 1 item (Min. Value $10.00)  for a silent auction to be held at a later date. Please bring your item with you on November 16.
