Psychologists' Association of Alberta

The Psychologists' Association of Alberta has an AMAZING resource right now for Albertans who are trying to cope, maybe missing their therapy appointments because of social distancing or have lost their benefits from being laid off. They want you to know that you are not alone and you can receive pro-bono support from volunteer psychologists for up to 3 sessions.

Calgary Distress Centre

Distress Centre Calgary (DCC) has provided 24 hour crisis support in Calgary and southern Alberta since 1970. They do this through their 24 hour crisis line, email, daily chat, and daily text for our youth. Free services. 

Canadian Mental Health Association - Calgary

Their main office is closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, but their peer support and counselling services are still available and can be reached by phone or email.
