Grief is a universal experience, yet we often feel vulnerable in our ability to support bereaved families.  This session will present a basic understanding of working with grief and bereavement.  Participants will enhance learning around contemporary grief theories, healthy symptoms and experiences of grief and caring interventions.

Nighttime tales is a weekly drop-in program with Heather. Children can come in their pajamas, bring their favourite stuffed animals, and enjoy quiet stories and songs. This program is designed for younger children and their caregivers. Older children who enjoy being read to may also attend.  

Free to attend.  No registration is required.

2019 Feb 13 - 6:30pm - 8:00pm

This session is for parents of high school students who intend to go to post secondary school.  Parents will learn how to talk to their teens about money and how to plan financially for school.  Presented by Mark Kalinowski, Financial Educator.  Credit Counselling Society.
