Casual Library Clerk
The Strathmore Municipal Library is hiring for the position of Casual Library Clerk to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
Duties for the position include:
- Welcoming visitors to the library
- Responding to reference and general enquiries
- Orienting new members to the library
- Assisting patrons with public-use computers, library equipment, and mobile devices
- Promoting library materials and programs while providing excellent service
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn new technologies and resources
- Love of helping everyone find a great book
- Fantastic customer service skills
The successful candidate will be required to provide a Criminal Record Check..
